Landing Craft
Just to wet your appetites..
A great day, and I must admit it was vey thought provoking when that ramp went up and we moved off.. I can only guess what GI's must have been thinking when the embarked on journeys in Landing craft.
I'll pick the best of the photos and post in due course..

Looks really great, well done all, shame I missed out but hopefully if we do it again I'll be there. BTW did it whet Pete's appetite for a new build Ben?

Looks great, ddint realise that it was for all and sundry though, a purely group event would be great, im sure same time next year should be fine for me.

Not bad at all, Tony! It would look a bit better if it was Utah in the background though, not Omaha...

Can we also visit the sands of Iwo Jima and some other locations, please. We could do around the world in 80 days GI44-45 style!!
Like it, good effort!
