Royal Gunpowder Mills 2009 3rd Infantry Div MTO

Post  Gina_Costina on Mon May 04, 2009 7:21 pm

This weekend, saw some division between the ranks of GI44-45. Nothing to worry about-we're still here, it was just two separate venues attended by members of the group.

Firstly Royal Gunpowder Mills- an opportunity to team up again with members of the FSSF.

A real big "Thank-you" to these guys for their hospitality throughout and to the superb meal cooked by Paul Dray in the field stove. A Great time, great weather, great venue with great company!!

"Tab" on any of the above pictures to take you to the webshots album...

We only did saturday-fairweather re-enacting, but at least Paul Dray has managed to persuade Jeanette that getting a basic uniform set is a good idea!!! I failed to date!!!

Yep-have to agree Wullie! I feel the FSSF get some sometimes unfair treatment, as they are freindly and good hosts!
