Cheers Sam- I was toying with the idea of sniping that one. Trouble is I want a useable one for trips abroad next year.
I think the ones I saw in Normandy were later 50's ones, but they could have been used. Kicking msyelf that I didnt buy one!!!

I've just got another one like that- used for petrol. I'm in the process of cleansing it of smell and muck. Its a 1943 dated water can. Depending on the interior its could still be used for water...
